A busy Saturday. Will post a longer later. For now, The Cat’s vegetable tonight.

Sautéed Asparagus

Sautéed in bacon drippings, lemon on the side to help counteract the bacon. The Cat said yum.

Asparagus is one of my favourite vegetables. Sautéed in bacon drippings and lemon on the side. This is a new one for me, and I’m definitely going to try it, :).

  Almost anything is better with bacon (or its drippings). Heh heh.
