And the winner is …

I dunno. Seems like every entry got some sort of prize.

The Cat had tickets to a Chinese club cooking contest this past weekend.

Labels were in Chinese, The Mouse cannot read.

Seemed like many of the participants were from nearby restaurants.

Mini Bibimbap

The Mouse normally doesn’t like the “stone pot” version (this was a super hot bowl), but it was small enough that the rice got crispy (a good thing) and the veggies also got crispy, not soggy (another good thing).

Got home and both The Mouse and The Cat had a food coma nap (The Cat more than The Mouse).

Enjoy. Eat well.
