Looks like Panda Express was extremely generous with the food yesterday.
Lots of Food!
Super greens, string bean chicken breast, teri chicken.
The Mouse “upgraded” his food with bao buns.
Bao Bun
Enhanced with a shiso leaf and a pat of Lao Gan Ma. Mmm.
The Cat had her soup noodle bowl.
Noods!
Topped with scoop of Panda Express.
There was even enough food for The Mouse’s bento today. Yay!
And …
The shiso is thriving!

A quick run into the Korean grocery store, just to look. Hee hee.
The Mouse came out with two items.
Potato Starch Noodles
Chewy texture. Since The Cat liked the other package of noodles because of its chewi-ness, The Mouse thought she might like this. Update in future.
SPAM Kimbap
The Mouse couldn’t resist. Korean sushi and SPAM. Mmm!

Picked up a package from the warehouse.
Package
Sometimes when packages expire or slightly damaged, warehouse lets the employees take. Still usable, just not sellable. The Mouse took one, no waste. Hee hee.
The Cat’s bowl of noodles.

The Mouse added the celery, bamboo shoot, wakame seaweed.
The package has a packet of kimchi in it. Didn’t use it yet.
The Cat liked the noodle texture, slightly chewy.

Dinner, just the basics.

From the grocery store (their Sterling Silver Premium brand). very good for under $10.00. Rice and mash potato. Rice to The Cat’s bento, The Mouse ate half of the steak (rest to his bento) and all of the potato.

Jus’ random pics, cleaning out the phone. Thankfully, Hurricane Douglas veered off at the last minute.

The Cat took a client to dinner the other night, this was his “omiyage” to The Cat. Honey is produced by bees raised by the university for study and research.
Another Bowl of Noodles
Somen noodles, beet greens, fried egg. Soup noodles. One of The Cat’s favorite foods.
Dessert
The Cat brought home from the client dinner. The Mouse ate for breakfast yesterday (waiting out the hurricane).
