Cleaning out the refridge. A bunch of leftovers from eating out. Fish, pork, chicken, bread, potato, kale.

This week’s one-pot entree.
Started with.
Browned then simmered. Liquid smoke, salt, whiskey, water. The Mouse wanted to add Szechuan pepper but not in pantry.
Prepped turnip and cabbage (sorry forgot to take pics).
After ground pork simmered. Added vegetables and simmered another 20 minutes.
Over rice, with noodles, maybe even with bao buns (although it could be a bit soggy).

Started with.
Ramped it up with a sprinkling of li hing powder.
Scrambled eggs.
Left side with Vegemite, right side with Chinese preserved mustard greens.
Predominate color: Yellow. Hee hee.
