One of The Mouse’s favorite food combinations. 🙂
The natto was added by The Mouse at home. Mmm. The Mouse understands it’s not for everyone, It’s The Mouse’s. 🙂
Stay safe and well.

The Mouse experienced side effects of shingle vaccine. Just threw together something fast to eat.
Feeling much better today. Whew!
Stay safe and well.

The Mouse’s lunch. Package of dried instant noodles slightly past the expired date. Funny, The Mouse thought dried instant noodles had a shelf life of forever, like Twinkies. Hee hee.
The package of noodles was part of “emergency” stash (zombie attack, apocalypse, etc.) 🙂
Anyway, cooked the noodles, added wakame and white stemmed cabbage, topped with leftover chicken and fried fish cake. Almost instant lunch.
Stay safe and well.

Tax season, The Cat’s food during tax season, less about visual aesthetics, more about nutrition. Hee hee.
White stemmed cabbage, wakame, dried vegetable, salt, toasted sesame oil to finish. After the Cat’s long Sunday nap. Light, not sit on the bottom of the stomach heavy. 🙂
Dried ingredients, rice, leftover chicken. You’ve seen this before, another batch. The Cat’s weeknight dinner. One bowl, easy to re-heat.
Stay safe and well.

Discount rack at the neighborhood grocery store. Since The Mouse didn’t buy a hot dog at Costco the last visit, hee hee.
Croissant pastry wrapped around a hot dog. Not gourmet, not pretty, but tasty. Happy mouse. 🙂
If The Mouse is lucky enough to find more of these hot dog croissants on the discount shelf, timing is everything, a repeat purchase is
Otherwise, not much happening in the kitchen. The Mouse made another batch of tonic soup for The Cat’s late-night office meals.
Stay safe and well.
