Quickie no-recipe.
Cubed Pork Shoulder
Browned in pot, no oil, water, liquid smoke. Braise for 90 minutes. Salt and a tiny bit of pepper to taste. Chunky shred.
Stove Top “Kalua Pork”
The Mouse must say, the result was pretty good. Hee hee. Not photogenic, but tasty. Mmm.

The Cat bought for The Mouse (one of his favorite). Fridays only, Irish Pub near The Cat’s office. Not too sweet, kinda tart. Mmm.
Boba Ice Cream Bars
Distributed by our warehouse, selling like you wouldn’t believe. Temporary moratorium on employees buying from the warehouse. The Cat wanted to try. The Mouse bought like a regular customer from the grocery store, only two boxes left before restock.
The Cat hasn’t tried yet, will update when that happens.

Corned Beef Hash, Eggs, Rice
So The Mouse ate breakfast for breakfast, lunch, and dinner yesterday. A good day. Hee hee.
Not to worry, The Mouse had fruit too.

And because The Mouse and The Cat shared the dinner plate, The Mouse also ordered eggrolls.

Work-wise, kinda stressful for The Mouse, not overly, but not a walk in the park. Food-wise, The Mouse had a very good day. 🙂
