The Mouse throwing ingredients together, no-recipe pasta bowl.

Started with star-shaped pasta.

Pasta

Followed package instructions, The Mouse got distracted, slightly “overcooked”, although The Mouse kinda likes softer pasta, “al dente” not so much. Memories from elementary school. Hee hee.

Lunch

Star-shaped pasta, frozen peas, tin of tuna with oil, Napa cabbage, green onions. The tuna oil acted as pasta sauce. After combining everything, rested for a few minutes to let pasta absorb some of the oil. 🙂

Stay safe, eat good.

Late lunch, early dinner. The Mouse’s schedule was a little discombobulated yesterday. Last minute run to pharmacy for prescription, nearby Chinese take-out, Kin Sun.

Mixed Plate

Rice, egg fu yong, roast pork. The Mouse usually gets manapua, pork hash, crispy gau gee, and rice cakes from this place but try a plate. Both entree a bit on the salty side. The Mouse will stick with the hand food.

The Cat received from a client.

Bananas

Not in place of payment, just a gesture. Hee hee.

Stay safe, eat good.
