Just a quickie.
I’m in the kitchen working on something, the dish won’t be completed until at least tomorrow. Not much space to prepare anything else. So tonight, just a sandwich.
Used some of the pan-roasted onions (part of the creation I’m working on), and basil from our herb pot on whole wheat bread. The onions were roasted in some bacon drippings (another clue to what I’m working on).
Hope the experiment works. Cross your fingers.
