The Mouse had a coupon. Try try.

Cheap Eats

The chicken fries were kinda dry (chicken nuggets, different shape). The Mouse threw the chicken and French fries in a sandwich.

Weird Eats

Drizzled honey mustard sauce. Overall okay (more toward meh), lucky The Mouse had a coupon.

Also picked up a package of chocolate chip cookies.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Not bad, The Mouse’s opinion though, MickyD’s are better, the fries too. But always good to try.

Stay safe and well.

Waiting at the Falls

The Mouse serving as driver to The Cat and her school-mate, Waimea Valley Falls. The Mouse was getting kinda tired and didn’t want to attempt the easy hike, sat at the visitor center/staging area. Snack time. 😉

Iced Coffee

Very good coffee, dark and rich but not bitter. For The Mouse, no sugar needed.

Double Chocolate Muffin

The muffin had a slight molten chocolate texture, mmm. The coffee paired very well with the muffin. The Mouse was happy. 🙂

The Mouse also bought a cookie, just in case the wait was over the expected time (it was).

Oatmeal Cookie

Nice. Not as wow as the muffin but more than decent.

After snack, The Mouse went back to the car and took a nap. Hee hee.

Stay safe and well.

Sushi and a Cookie :)

The Mouse was in the mood for sushi, not the fancy sushi bar variety but the simpler kind. Picked up two variety packs from the old timey sushi shop near the grocery store, Kozo Sushi. Seems like it’s been there forever.

Sushi Packs

Tamago nigiri, nori maki, inari, shinko maki, cucumber maki, more shinko maki, and tamago maki. Mmm, The Mouse was happy.

The Mouse also picked up a ube cookie from a kiosk vendor specializing in “stuffed” cookies.

Ube Cookie

The Mouse bought an unstuffed cookie. The stuffed cookies sounded much too sweet for The Mouse. The cookie was huge, shared with The Cat, cookie was sweet enough and nommed. 🙂

Stay safe and well.
