Yesterday was noodle day? The Mouse didn’t know. Good thing he made a “noodle” dish. Hee hee.
“Chow Funn” Lunch
Sun Noodle look funn noodles, sauteed onions, tomato, tin of sardines, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, dried parsley and dill. Everything in the pan, no-recipe. No dragon breath heat, saute pan, not wok. Still good. 🙂
The Mouse fusion, unplanned, whatever is in the pantry and fridge, no-recipe. Hee hee.
The Mouse learned this no-recipe from his father. Father thought it was gourmet. Hee hee.
Onion
Rough Chopped
Tin of Sardines
Must be packed in oil, not water.
After the onion is softened over medium heat and a little bit of oil. Add the whole can of sardines, including the packing oil, mash the sardines. Season to taste. The Mouse added black pepper and paprika.
Piled over steamed rice.
Mouse Lunch
Best would have been a little capers for garnish. None in the refridge, sweet relish as an acceptable substitute. Mmm! 🙂
Computer modem died. The Mouse had to disconnect the modem, take to the cable storefront at the mall, bring it home, reconnect the new modem, call the cable company to electronically connect the modem. Ugh! The person at the storefront that exchanged the modem said it was plug and play. Not!
Moving on, The Mouse made a quick PB&J for lunch.
PB & J
The Mouse is wore out, going to take a nap now. Zzz.
