Ahi Noodle Soup?

Not chicken. The Cat’s lunch yesterday, not porkchop.

Ahi Pasta

The Cat brought a mousie bag home for The Mouse to try. sauce was soupy, dish reminded The Mouse of chicken noodle soup but with ahi instead of chicken. Not bad, homey comfort food. 🙂

Stay safe and well.

The Mouse still working through Chef H’s gift basket of vegetables and pineapple (the pineapple is yet to be tackled). Yesterday, tiny tomatoes.

Cute Yeah?

After rinsing, The Mouse sprinkled olive oil, salt, pepper, dried oregano, and garlic flakes on the tomatoes and into the toaster oven.

After they were toasted, but not saucy, The Mouse tossed the tomatoes with angel hair pasta and a tin of tuna (packed in oil).

The Mouse’s Lunch

Stay safe and well.

One of The Cat’s friends sent over toasted garlic.

Picture not the greatest, The Mouse took the picture while the garlic was still in plastic. Not sure if the friend made it herself or she bought it in bulk and repackaged it. No matter. Since The Cat’s digestion and garlic do not play well together, it’s up to The Mouse to test and eat.

The Mouse tried it on his semi-regular lunch.

Pasta, sardines, wakame, toasted garlic. The garlic added taste and texture. Pretty good. 🙂

Stay safe and well.

Bowl

Tube pasta, leftover dumplings, wakame, Vienna sausage. Mmm. 🙂

Weather has been just a little chilly (relatively speaking).

Stay safe and well.

Macaroni Soup

Elbow macaroni, broccoli, Vienna Sausage, olives, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste, pickled peppers to garnish.

Probably something only The Mouse would like. Hee hee.

Stay safe and well.
