Mixed Plates

The Mouse hasn’t done take-out from Kin Wah Chop Suey for awhile, easier to take-out a mixed plate from L&R next door. The Mouse needed a change-up.

Kau yuk, sweet sour spareribs, beef broccoli, fried shrimp, crisp gau gee, rice. A lot of food. The Mouse shared with The Cat.

A quarter of a pineapple, orange, and mixed berries. Lasted three meals. Nom!

The Elephant in the Room

From Costco, The Mouse trying to eat more variety of fruit. The other dried fruit had too much sugar (natural or added). Dried apricots, not The Mouse’s favorite but …

No “cooking” (stove top), just cutting board and toaster oven.

The Mouse’s fruit “salad”.

Orange, apple, mandarin orange. Perfect hand food. No utensils needed. Hee hee.

Hot Entree

Tomato (olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano), sweet potato, breakfast sausage, all toasted together. Mmm! Nom!

Almost, but not quite finger food (the tomato was a little squishy). 😉
