Tinned Fish and Musubi

Opened a tin, Chef H souvenir from Germany.

Package

The fillets are huge, package is at least 5 to 6 inches, fillets run the length of the tin.

The Mouse made a vegetable miso soba with smoked herring fillet for The Cat.

Soba Bowl

Napa cabbage and zucchini for vegetables. The Cat liked. 🙂

Random shot, new offering from 7-Eleven, bacon fried rice musubi.

Musubi

Taste was awesome, problem is with fried rice, rice doesn’t hold together, compared with white rice, definitely a plate and fork musubi, not hand held.

“Salad Bar” and Chocolate

Sunday brunch, Texas de Brazil. Salad bar option, no grill.

The Mouse likes the sauteed mushrooms and the smoked salmon the best. 🙂

Moqueca

The Cats favorite, a Brazilian seafood/fish stew. The Cat loves it over rice. The Mouse thought there was dairy in the gravy, might be coconut mild instead, may give it a try next time.

The Cat and The Mouse also opened a chocolate bar The Cat brought home (souvenir).
