Vegetables

The Mouse has been trying to eat more vegetables lately. Dunno if summer is nearing and The Mouse wants to eat lighter?

Frozen Vegetables

The Mouse forgot if the package was Italian or Mediterranean. Either way, The Mouse liked.

Spinach with Spanish Peanut Skins

The bottom of the can of Spanish peanuts (finally thought of a use for it). Instead of salt. The Mouse thinks one of the best spinach dishes he’s had. Better than creamed spinach. 🙂
