Avocado Toast and Pork Belly

The Mouse finally got to try Egghead Cafe. Used to be located where parking was an issue. Moved near the warehouse. Made a Costco run yesterday (the warehouse is currently located really close to Costco). The Mouse picked up late “brunch” after.

Avocado Toast

Avo corn toast: avocado corn spread, basil aioli, paprika, added soft scrambled egg.

Dish was good, The Mouse would have preferred a more aggressive seasoning, maybe some chili flake? The corn did not excite The Mouse.

Porky Bowl

Rice, braised pork belly, fried egg (crispy), and pickled vegetables. The Mouse liked this one. A little dash of ponzu at home, and yum.

A good try try.
