One of the neighborhood take-outs offers breakfast plate all day. The Mouse loves breakfast for dinner. Not so much the sweet stuff (waffles, pancakes). But the savory? Mmm.
Corned Beef Hash, Eggs, Rice
So, The Mouse used to mix everything up into a mess. This time The Mouse kept it neat. Condiment ketchup on the hash, lime ponzu on the eggs. Nom!
The Mouse saw brisket and tendon braised Chinese style on the menu at a take-out place, but the street was tow-away during commuting hours. With luck, The Mouse may try today.
