Miso, game changer for The Mouse, easy to prepare, hopefully healthy (in moderation). The Mouse uses less miso than recommended to kinda reduce The Mouse’s salt intake.
One slice of SPAM, cut into eight cubes, cucumber cut into eight pieces, one package of soda crackers (eight squares).
A schmear of unsalted butter and whole grain mustard. Yum! 🙂
