Yesterday was a challenge for eating after church. First choice had waiting time of almost an hour, second choice, half-an-hour. The Cat was getting hangry. Found a parking lot with space, parked. Turned out to be a bar and grill that served breakfast on weekends.
Corned beef omelet with green onions and tomato, fried breakfast potato.
Deep-fried corned beef hash, two eggs, rice.
The corned beef hash was awesome! Four paws up. Glass shattering crispy on the outside, soft and squishy (in a good way) on the inside.
A return visit is warranted, more research is needed. Hee hee.
