The Cat’s client sent over a bottle of olive oil from Spoleto, Italy. The Mouse trying to take a picture that will do the bottle right. Will post later.
In the meantime, The Mouse made a salad with a splash of the oil.
Tiny tomatoes, canned baby corn, green olives, splash of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. The Mouse tried to honor the oil by the colors of the Italian flag. The corn wasn’t quite white, guess could’ve used white beans. The salad was refreshing though.
