Picked up from the neighborhood grocery store.
Turned out to be pot roast with a little bit of scrambled egg and rice.
Most of the rice went to The Cat’s soup bowl. The pot roast tasted better than it looked, tender with carmelized onions, sauce well seasoned. Mmm. 🙂
