The Cat arranged for a “high-end” meal, kue (longtooth or kelp grouper) fish hot pot. A rare, white flesh fish high in collagen.
Chef/owner runs the restaurant as a “hobby”. He works for Ritz-Carlton property as catering chef. The Cat was informed no English was spoken. Chef or his wife made an effort to write menu and instructions.
Bones, meat, vegetables, mushrooms. Soup was deep and carefully prepared.
Chef used the broth from the hot pot to make the porridge.
At the end, Chef walked us to the subway station. Epic night.
🙂
Be well, eat well.
The Mouse.
