Early-ish dinner, Kin Wah Chop Suey, just ahead of large Mother’s Day crowd.

Bittermelon with Pork, Cashew Nut Chicken

Along with the usual omelet with green onion. No choi summ, enough vegetables on other dishes.

Mmm.
