Not “weird” to The Mouse but understandably maybe “weird” to others. That’s okay, more for The Mouse. Hee hee.
One of our favorite sushi bars has this dish Omatsuri Natto. Natto with uni, ikura, ahi, ika, yamaimo, okra, and quail egg. The Mouse never ordered because he would be the only one eating. Sigh.
The Mouse made the stripped down version with leftover poke.
Dunno if this combo is a local thing but a couple of poke shops sell this combo over rice. Nom!
Dinner was still finishing the package of liver sausage.
Multi-grain dinner rolls, shiso, bread and butter pickles, turnip kimchi, and grape tomatoes. Yum!
Enjoy. Eat well.

Doesn’t the title sound like a law firm? Hee hee.
No, jus’ The Mouse’s din-din.
The Cat went to the office to finish tax returns. The Mouse was left on his own. His concoction. Yum!
Enjoy. Eat well.

Ran out for an early car appointment yesterday, some kinda recall. Not safety, performance. While waiting, hunted for breakfast.
Also recommended by the service people. Must be good. Hee hee.
Homemade corned beef hash, fried rice, gravy, two eggs, and bacon! Yum! The fried rice was okay, everything else was very good.
The breakfast was kinda an impromptu egg themed couple of days which started on Friday. Finally got off to work early enough to stop by here.
Their hours:
Ordered the basic bacon and eggs.
Rice, 4 strips of bacon, three eggs, and toast, just over $6 bucks, almost a steal.
The Mouse mixed the breakfast with natto.
From small-kid time, The Mouse likes “mixed rice”. Jus’ because. Hee hee.
Lunch also involved natto.
Nom! The Mouse getting his probiotics. Hee hee.
The Cat also had her Friday noms.
She found a place near her new office that serves …
Stress reliever.
And, every Friday, management at The Cat’s building sponsors musicians, lunchtime respite.
The Cat and The Mouse meeting up with Qi Master and wife later today. Hot pot again? Maybe Ruby Tuesdays.
Enjoy. Eat well.
