The Mouse picked up at the grocery store, convenient and reasonable.
The Mouse didn’t have to eat a whole plate lunch, just the turkey. π
Stay safe and well.

Turkey meal from Chinese restaurant downtown.
Well cooked, moist and tender.
Sauteed, no cassarole. Nice.
Very nice, The Mouse can make ham sandwiches. The Cat appreciated the roast pork (she’s okay with turkey, but roast pork is better).
No mashed potatoes, that’s okay, doctor told The Cat to avoid mashed potatoes.
Traditional. π
Pumpkin pie, Chinese version. Hee hee.
All in all, a good meal. π
Leftovers for a couple of days. π π
Stay safe and well.

The Mouse was in the mood for “bold” tastes last night.
.
The food was almost an afterthought, hee hee.
Got to the grocery store a little late, turkey was down to “scraping the pan”, a little “over warmed”, lucky The Mouse had the condiments. Yum.
Drink included with meal. Normally, The Mouse would choose a caffeinated diet soda, but being dinner, VERY little caffeine for The Mouse.
Purified water, with a splash of raspberry iced tea, Kalamansi lime.
Enough of the turkey plate for The Mouse to take a bento for today’s lunch. π
Enjoy. Eat well.

The Mouse had turkey.
For lunch.
The local grocery store. Mashed potatoes and cranberry underneath the turkey. Yum!
Dessert.
Almost pumpkin pie, local style. Hee hee.
For dinner. Ruby Tuesday. No mess, no fuss. (Thumbs up!)
More turkey for The Mouse.
Nom.
For The Cat, since Thanksgiving and turkey is not her holiday …
Starts with a “T”. Hee hee.
For dessert.
For The Cat (no surprise here).
For The Mouse.
Hope your turkey day (if you celebrate) was a good one.
Enjoy. Eat well.

The Mouse had a good day off yesterday (hope y’all had a good one too, if you had one). Dinner with the cuzs and auntie.
Usually, The Mouse would’ve eaten “light” throughout the day to lead up to “turkey” with the cuzs, but around mid-morning, The Mouse felt “a disturbance in the force”, and went out for lunch.
Ruby Tuesday.
.
.
Mashed potato (with lumps, a good thing), turkey (both light and dark, enough for leftover sandwiches), green beans, bread dressing.
The Mouse figured if he was wrong and there was turkey for dinner, not a bad thing. π
Originally, The Mouse was tasked to bring a pie as the contribution to dinner. Last minute change up and the cuzsΒ were given a pie. No need to bring one.
Hmm, what to do.
The Mouse broke down a fresh pineapple.
.
Ready to be quartered and cored.
So, for dinner, the cuzs couldn’t find the right brand of turkey, so planΒ b.

Not The Mouse’s, the cuz’s. I guess great minds … Hee hee. At least they’ll have fruit for breakfast.
Nom!
Enjoy. Eat well.
