Rainy day, both The Cat and The Mouse under the weather (literally and figuratively). Soup day. Trying a Mexican restaurant with a couple of soups on the menu.

The Mouse ordered Menudo soup which looked the same as The Cat’s soup (no pic) except with tripe instead of pork.

The Cat had another errand on the west side of SPAM Land. Lunch at one of our “new” favorite locations. Mandalay Restaurant. They used to be downtown which was a hassle for The Mouse. They downsized and moved to the Kaimuki area. Accessible parking, less crowded. Yay!
Appears that The Cat will be making semi regular errands in that area, The Mouse is looking forward to more visits. Mmm. 🙂
