The Mouse did a Costco run yesterday. On the way home, Panda Express lunch take-out.

The Mouse was in the mood for a cookie so ordered a kid’s meal. Hee hee.

Take-Out Box

Cute yeah?

The Mouse ordered his go-to dishes from Panda Express.

Teriyaki Chicken, Super Greens

Included in the kid’s meal, small drink, and a chocolate chip cookie. πŸ™‚

The Mouse thinks Panda Express chocolate chip cookies are better than MickyD’s. Hee hee.

Stay safe and well.

Multi-Grain Toast, Packaged Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam

The almost perfect peanut butter and jam toast.

Not too tart, just right

Would’ve preferred Skippy’s Peanut Butter, but, whatever I could scrounge from the campus cafeteria. πŸ™‚

Manhattan Clam Chowder

Much better for The Mouse’s tummy than New England, milk and all, sorry, TMI.

Ran an errand after work, so I wouldn’t have to drive to town tomorrow. Wal-mart.

Heard/read decent reviews about this place.

What’s the plural of Maneki-Neko?

Teriyaki Chicken Bento

Came with salad, pickled turnip, fried mandoo, and of course, rice.

Generous portion, food made to order, decent price, chicken charred just enough, taste not too bad. Not knock your sock off, but acceptably decent.

Much better choice than if I were to go into the mall, probably would get half as much at twice the price.

Happy weekend.

Enjoy. Eat well.

At the church.

Spinach, blueberry, and pinenut salad, hummus, sun-dried tomatoes, and salsa. All leftovers in their refrig from previous meals. Works for me.

More leftovers from the parents’ lunch day with their pre-schoolers. teriyaki chicken, kalua pork, baby greens salad with quinoa, raw broccoli and cauliflower, residual cabbage from garlic chicken (the cabbage is used as a filler to absorb some of the oils, sometimes I like the cabbage more than the meat πŸ™‚ ), and a chocolate chip cookie (wasn’t my fault, one pre-schooler gave it to me, couldn’t say no, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it).

The cucumber Β “scraps” from stuffing the fishcake. Cucumber sandwich with a thin spread of mayo and yellow mustard on high fiber bread. “Waste not … ”

Eating on Β the cheap. πŸ™‚

Enjoy. Eat well.
