The Mouse home alone eats (The Cat worked late). Picked from the grocery store and refridge.

SPAM Musubi

Potato Salad with Pickled Cucumber

Apple, seedless red grapes, slightly over ripe banana.

The Mouse was full. πŸ™‚

Be safe and well.

The Mouse had a minor food hunt snafu over the weekend. Ended up buying a vegetable plate from the Korean take-out at the nearby shopping mall.

Vegetable Plate

Cucumber kimchi (very mild), rolled egg omelet, pickled seaweed, salted cabbage, braised potato (for The Cat’s bento). Mmm! A good detour.

Because The Mouse wanted a little starch, not too much.

SPAM Musubi

Not from 7-Eleven, from the local grocery store. Bonus, it was day-end priced. πŸ™‚

Be safe and well.

The Mouse ran an errand last week, stopped in to check out a take-out spot in a bar. They used to have a stand alone location but because of rent negotiations, moved and took over the kitchen in a bar. The Mouse thinks it was a win-win agreement.

For The Cat (mostly).

Miso Butterfish Bento

With mochiko and teri chicken. The Mouse ate the chicken, The Cat ate the rice and butterfish.

Since The Mouse was there … Hee hee.

SPAM Musubi Tempura

Sooo decadent, SPAM musubi, breaded and fried. Mmm.

And for snacking, Heh heh.

Bite Sized

Chinese sausage, hot dog, SPAM.

The Mouse would go back for the SPAM musubi tempura but maybe not the bit sized snacks. A good try try though. πŸ™‚

Stay safe and well.

Still on a self-inflicted crazy work schedule (until at least the middle of May).

Did the between office commute a little early the other day. Still could order breakfast from Plaza Clubhouse.

Loco Moco on Brown Rice

Loco Moco on Brown Rice

All for less than ten Β dollars (still have the change in my pocket).

Ate the loco moco for late breakfast (while it was still warm), the french toast for late lunch (a quick toss in the toaster oven). πŸ™‚

Yesterday, while heading home, saw this.

The Siren Call

The Siren Call

Just had to.

Shared the free one with the bus driver going home (I think she was happily surprised).

Because three SPAM musubi would be too many for The Mouse.

The Mouse's Dinner

The Mouse’s Dinner

SPAM musubi, an apple, and celery sticks. A nice TV dinner. Hee hee.

Happy Friday!

Enjoy. Eat well.

Another late night for The Cat.

The Mouse's "TV" Dinner

The Mouse’s “TV” Dinner

Tuna salad “slider”, SPAM musubi, and Chinese sausage manapua, all from 7-Eleven near the bus transfer point.

Radish Wedges and Boiled Celery

Radish Wedges and Boiled Celery

From the refrig.

Mini Oat Balls

Mini Oat Balls

From Jamba Juice, another food stop near the bus stop. They’re supposed to be lower cal than the one’s at Starbuck’s. Sorta kinda taste lower cal. Hee hee (that’s my story and I’m sticking with it).

It’s all good. πŸ™‚

Enjoy. Eat well.
