Hummus Snack

Newbie co-worker definitely has mothering instincts. She’s been baking and making breakfast for the office quite often.

She bought a case of snack packs from Costco and shared with The Mouse.

Apparently thinks The Mouse’s snacking routine has not been the healthiest. Ugh!

Pretzels and Hummus

Cute ya?

Enjoy. Eat well.

Jus’ Pics

Bought while The Mouse was picking up another prescription.

No strong kale nor spinach taste. More “feel good marketing” I think.

Nice color.

The Cat looking for possible new office digs. Lunch with her former boss.

Manhattan Clam Chowder

Composed Salads

Tossed to order.

Enjoy. Eat well.

“New” product at the farmers market.

“Pop Snack”

The Mouse saw these at the Korean supermarket but at $5.00-$6.00 thought they were kinda pricey.

At the farmers market, “manufacturer” is selling directly, cutting out the “middle”.

Sample test kinda reminded me of the “diet” puffed rice cakes in the supermarket (you know the ones that “taste” like styrofoam, not that The Mouse has ever eaten styrofoam, just looks like it might, Hee hee). These “pop snacks” are a little better.

“Pop Snack”

Two flavors, cinnamon and sweet potato. The Cat wanted to get a bag of sweet potato.

Vendor recommended watching K-Drama and eating pop snacks. Hee hee?

The Cat might try it for breakfast with coffee or tea.

Enjoy. Eat well.

Buns …

And cookies. Hee hee.

Desk food.

Chicken Salad on Potato Bun

From the nearby 7-Eleven.

Chinese Sausage Manapua and Char Siu Manapua

Also from the nearby 7-Eleven. No comparison to Char Hung Sut. The buns had a “funny” texture/mouth feel, too “processed”? Not enough air pockets. And the char siu was too sweet. Thought the 7-Eleven stuff used to be better. Guess nothing so far can match old school. Sight

Orange Snowball

Is that like yellow snow? Hee hee.

Some brought in a bunch and left it on the office “kitchen” counter. Brought on home for “small-kid time” feel.

Chocolate cake, cream filling, marshmallow and coconut “frosting”. Probably no redeeming nutritional value, but … take The Mouse back.

Bag of Cookies

Co-worker’s mom made. Gave The Mouse a bag. Nom.

Enjoy. Eat well.

Crunchy Stuff

The Cat brought back from her trip, her friend bought it for The Mouse, the friend eats hers with her afternoon tea.

Crunchy Stuff

The friend bought two boxes, five nut blend and black sesame seed with walnut. The Cat took half of each to her office.

Sesame Walnut, Five Nut

Very nomable. Nice little snack. Think trail mix Chinese style. 🙂

Enjoy. Eat well.
