Tuesdays must be slower for Ruby Tuesday. This week’s special, roast pork plate, not Chinese roast pork, Hawaiian kalua pork, porchetta, or even lechon, roast pork with gravy.

Roast Pork, Rice with Gravy, Baked Potato

Good plate for the reduced price. The Mouse’s one “complaint”, the pork was not cooked low and slow, ever so slightly on the tough side. Other than that, The Mouse enjoyed. Most of the rice and half of the potato goes to The Cat’s bento.

The Mouse also picked up a “keiki” plate to pack the Cat’s bento, she is eating dinner at her office for the remainder of tax season, saves a little bit of time.

Orange Chicken “Keiki” Plate, Rice, Broccoli

Not Panda Express but still pretty good. Hee hee.

Stay safe, eat good.

The local Ruby Tuesday running a small discount on their seafood dishes this month. Also introducing a new seafood dish. Small discount this month.

The Cat had her regular New Orleans Seafood plate.

Creole seasoned Tilapia, Sauteed Shrimp, Parmesan Cream Sauce, Baked Potato

The Mouse tried the new dish.

Furikake Ahi, Wasabi Cream, Baked Potato

The Mouse would order again. 🙂

The Mouse mixed French’s yellow mustard and shoyu for a “Chinese” dipping sauce. Mmm.

Be safe, eat good.

Long Day

The Cat and The Mouse took in an airshow yesterday. An adventure to be sure.

Fly By

The Blue Angels was the highpoint.

Equipment Plane

Unsung heroes of the stars.

On the Line

The Cat and The Mouse tickets included food and drink. Let’s just say the food and drink were less than expected. Highpoint of the food was the poi.

Thick and just barely turning sour. The Mouse ate three containers. Mmm.

The rest of the food and the logistics were meh.

After the show, took us forever to get off base. Parking/traffic control was less than meh.

Late dinner at Ruby Tuesday.

Salad Bar Salad

The Cat’s Vegetable Plate

The Mouse’s Fish Sandwich

Like any adventure, there are ups and downs, in the end, all good. 🙂

Be safe and well.

Kinda. Last month’s special at Ruby Tuesday, all pasta dishes discounted. The Cat and The Mouse made it in on the last day.

Grilled Chicken and Brocolli Pasta

All of the pasta selections contained dairy, The Mouse went with an alternative.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Baked Potato

A very good alternative to a burger (and a dollar or so cheaper). Baked potato substituted for fries (and amout 200 calories less). Less less, win win. Hee hee.

Be safe and well.
