The Mouse ran an errand nearby, a detour into 7-Eleven before going home.
7-Eleven is building a new store closer to home, good news or bad news, maybe a little of both. Hee hee.
Dinner from the grocery store, Foodland. Mmm.

Food court upstairs of downtown H Mart.
The Mouse found location a couple of weeks ago. Not cheap eats but decent and reasonble price. First time bought a chasiu bowl for The Cat’s bento.
This time, two toes in the water. Hee hee.
Bonus is the poached egg included.
The Mouse’s lunch. Two bowls, three meals. The Mouse contributed some rice the the egg to The Cat’s second bento.
Looking forward to the next visit. Mmm.

The Mouse running errands. Nearby Korean grocery store.
Funny story, the building used to be a grocery store, morphed into office building, The Mouse worked there as a seasonal hire for a private school, morphed again back into a grocery store. Go figure.
Upstairs is a food court.
One of the vendor stalls looked interesting, ramen. The Mouse picked up a take-out for The Cat’s lunch.
The Cat said not bad, pretty good.
The Mouse wouldn’t mind going back to explore more. Have to figure out the parking situation.

Offered only this month, The Mouse thinks. Meeting up with The Cat’s new contacts.
The Cat and The Mouse started with acai bowl.
The Cat ordered the lobster roll.
The lobster meat was finely textured, no whole claw meat. Sigh.
The Mouse ordered beef fat rice.
Braised short rib, “onsen” egg, mushroom fricassee, pickled farm vegetables, chili chickpea crunch. The Mouse liked. Three and a half paws up.
Take home cookies.
Too bad the menu is only good for this month.

Grocery store cheap eats. Different days.
The Mouse was hesitant, cheese, chewed two lactase enzyme pills, all good. The Mouse did not eat the jalapeño peppers, no rocket blasts. Hee hee. A little over $4 dollars with tax.
A nice surprise at the grocery store, not offered often. Afternoon clearance, with a small brownie, A little over $4 dollars with tax. Thursday was senior day, 5% off the total. Deal. 🙂
