Hummus Snack

Newbie co-worker definitely has mothering instincts. She’s been baking and making breakfast for the office quite often.

She bought a case of snack packs from Costco and shared with The Mouse.

Snack-sized

Apparently thinks The Mouse’s snacking routine has not been the healthiest. Ugh!

Hand Food

Yesterday, all about hand food.

Bigger than finger food. I guess technically, every food could be hand food (ask a toddler), by I digress.

Apple Pretzel from Jamba Juice

Apple Pretzel from Jamba Juice

The Mouse had a fiber bar, nothing worth writing about, just something to eat in order to take my vitamin.

Tried a newly opened take-out for lunch.

Ma`ona Musubi by Madame Chef

What that means? I dunno.

Not typical triangle shaped or rectangle shaped (think 7-eleven) musubi.

Spicy Tuna

They did have a SPAM musubi but there were other choices I wanted to try, maybe next time.

Soboro Pork

Soboro Pork

Kinda like a braised ground pork (think Asian sloppy joe with pork), not bad.

Ume Bonito

Ume Bonito

I think the ume bonito was my favorite, preserved, pickled, umami.

Since they were individually wrapped, I could take the whole afternoon to graze. No food coma. 🙂

Would I go back, probably if in the area, not someplace I would jones for, but pretty good.

If you’re in the area, check it out.

So, dinner was light, I was still pretty satiated.

Peanut Butter on Taro Cranberry Bread

Peanut Butter on Taro Cranberry Bread

Not really stealing from The Cat’s stash, these were the end pieces, which The Cat is not so fond of.

Enjoy. Eat well.
