Wednesday’s lunch, semi-sponsored by the boss.

Hamburger with Portuguese Sausage

Too much meat for The Mouse, saved the burger for the next day, basically ate a Portuguese sausage sandwich. A fried egg would have made it a nice breakfast sandwich.

Stay safe and well.

Holiday over. Too hot. Lazy.

Breakfast

Portuguese sausage, eggs, rice. The rice saved for The Cat’s bento. As a bonus, came with a drink.

Green River

Dinner/lunch was take-out from Panda Express. Eggplant and tofu (The Cat’s bento today), grilled chicken (The Mouse’s bento today), green beans with chicken, and steamed vegetables (last night’s dinner) Used one of their “survey rewards” for a discount. Not bad, three meals for a total under 10 bucks.

Looks like it’s gonna be a hot summer. Ugh.

Enjoy. Eat well.

Seasoned with a little salt, a lot of Mrs. Dash, and a little bit of shichimi togarashi for heat. Not authentic, just inspired.
