The Mouse picked up a plate lunch for dinner last night. Comfort food. The neighborhood take-out daily special was the perfect combo.

The Mouse made a fruit salad to balance dinner.

Fruit Salad

Kiwi, banana, mandarin orange, honey drizzle. Next time The Mouse thinks he might also add a drop or two of apple cider vinegar to the mix.

Stay safe and well.

Enjoy. Eat well.
