The Mouse started with a salad.
Mixed greens, corn, raw turnip chunks, lemon pepper, balsamic vinegar.
Dinner was more of an indulgence, Friday’s only.
Kalua pork over rice, lomi salmon, poi. Mmm! 🙂

The Mouse got lucky yesterday. Two lau lau bento on clearance.
$2.99 each, plus one bento had a baked chicken. 🙂
The Mouse splurged and also bought a container of lomi salmon. Mmm. The Mouse happy.

The Mouse took a temporary job in Kailua. Grocery store nearby offers Hawaiian food on Mondays, Yay!
Rice, chicken long rice, sweet potato, and the lau lau. Mmm.
Plate also came with small containers lomi salmon, haupia, and a can of soda or bottled water.
Cheap enough, everything under 10 dollars. Right now The Mouse hopes to extend the contract so that he can have more Monday “luau”. Hee hee.
