Kaneohe Pancake House. The Cat and The Mouse have not been here for years. The Cat wanted the early bird plate (two eggs, three pancakes).
The Mouse was thinking about fish benedict but saw the special on the board.
Hard to see, but it is rice, short rib lau lau, stew gravy. The Mouse went for it. Mmm! Four paws up, broke the mouth! 🙂
A once in a blue moon kind of dish. But oh so good.

New-ish? restaurant, The Cat wanted to try.
The mango was a surprise, although The Cat said the mango was ripe but could be sweeter.
An ahi patty, rice, seafood gravy. The Mouse normally prefers traditional loco moco ingredients (hamburger patty, brown gravy). but this order was a winner. Given the opportunity, an order again item. 🙂

The Mouse had a meeting in town. Picked up food take-out.
One of The Cat’s favorite. Two meals.
Two restaurants in the same strip mall. This loco moco was a little meh. The beef patties were pre-made. The Mouse was hoping for hand-formed. Oh well.

The Mouse wonders why is it when meeting with sales people, quite often it is a looong process. Ugh.
A necessary appointment with a salesperson. Two-plus hours.
Luckily The Cat and The Mouse learned after the first appointment (the first was over three hours).
Diner at the mall. Weekend brunch menu. Yay!
Can you guess who ordered what? Hee hee.

The Mouse ran an errand for The Cat, he planned to pick-up lunch in the area but got turned around and a little lost, GPS on phone was a little confused.
The Mouse went back home and picked up “mini” plates from the neighborhood take-out.
Portion was large enough to fill The Mouse.
The Cat made two bentos for work. The Mouse just needs to add a little vegetable.
The Cat brought home an order of twice cooked pork from her lunch.
The Cat avoids eating bell peppers and leeks. The Mouse will probably end up eating the vegetables while The Cat will eat most of the pork.
