Pork Chop

The Mouse posted about this dish before. The Cat seems to order this dish (from the Irish pub) quite often.

What The Mouse did with the leftover.

Pork Sandwich

Thinly sliced the chop (a quick trip to the toaster, just to warm), yellow mustard (underneath the pork), cranberry apple chutney.

The Mouse, eating leftovers. The Cat doesn’t eat bell peppers, or any kind of peppers for that matter (digestion issues), but she likes the taste, go figure. So, The Mouse has to “clean-up”.
