The Mouse, eating leftovers. The Cat doesn’t eat bell peppers, or any kind of peppers for that matter (digestion issues), but she likes the taste, go figure. So, The Mouse has to “clean-up”.

Partly making room in the refridge for today (anticipating leftovers) and partly soup weather. 🙂

Chicken noodle, turkey (leftover from Tuesday special at the grocery store), okra, and yuzu kosho. First time The Mouse tried yuzu kosho, has a slight kick, The Mouse likes. Hee hee.

Ham and Cheese Croissant, Tuna Bun

The Mouse made soup. Not really made soup. More like open cans and throw everything into a pot kinda “made”.

Chopped the tomato, and everything into the pot.

Oh yeah, also threw in a spoonful or so of canned corn (with water), just ’cause The Mouse found it in the refridge. Hee hee.

“Volcano” Rice

Leftover rice from lunch yesterday. Warehouse semi-sponsored weekly plate lunch. The Mouse ordered Korean spicy pork (and forgot to take a picture, sigh). The sauce permeated the rice.

At first, The Mouse was going to use the rice for The Cat’s jook, but thought might be too spicy for The Cat. So, became The Mouse’s dinner.

Steamed the rice, steamed an egg, a little shoyu.

“Vocano” Rice

The rice was HOT! but addictive. Taste also had a touch of sweetness. The Mouse just hopes there is no flaming “exhaust” later. Hee hee.
