Sigh, oh well. Just a little post, thanks for your patience.

The Mouse’s “Plate Dinner”

Shrimp patty musubi (The Mouse’s new favorite musubi “flavor”), tofu sprinkled with instant noodle soup packet (only about a fifth used), instead of shoyu, and an apple.

The Mouse thought about sprinkling the apple with li hing mui powder, but that might be a flavor clash with the instant noodle soup base on the tofu.

Instant noodles, convenient, most times, the flavor packets are tossed.

Kimchi Flavor

The Cat brought home a head of Napa cabbage that has seen better days. Even soaking in cold water didn’t revive the outer leaves.

The Mouse salvaged what he could.

Actually worked out better than The Mouse thought. No oil, tasty cabbage, not ingesting all of the packet, just flavor. 🙂
