Weird, not weird, semantics.

The Mouse wanted some kick to the natto lunchtime. Only hot sauce in the warehouse kitchen was Tabasco, nope, not it, open box of package sriracha sauce, dunno if these were prospective samples or the warehouse actually sells, The Mouse “acquired” one for “testing” purposes.

Sriracha Packet

Not the “Rooster” brand “Eagle”.

The Mouse’s Natto Bento

This version of sriracha is not as “bright” spicy, The Mouse’s opinion, a “richer” spice profile. A warming spice, not an initial hit spice. The Mouse thinks he likes this one just a little better.

Dinner was a “what if” and compromise “chance’em” experience. Started with a MickyD basic burger, The Mouse wanted to add liver pâté and bacon, but neither in the near vicinity. So, The Mouse made do, peanut butter and sliced ham.

And shiso from the pot. And yes, The Mouse picked up a happy meal.

Have a great weekend.

Enjoy. Eat well.

The Mouse has been a fan of Mickey D’s Happy Meal “forever”. Kinda like Cracker Jacks (when the toys inside were better).

The Mouse also loves steak and foie gras combo.

Last night’s Happy Meal mod was the best. The poor mouse version of steak and foie gras. Hee hee.

Extra onions, extra pickle, slice of liverwurst (from the refridge), the burger patty is underneath. Nom! The Mouse think this will be the new Happy Meal from now on. 🙂

Enjoy. Eat well.

Valentine’s Day Breakfast

Red colored meat. Hee hee.

Frozen saimin with char siu (from the grocery store). No comparison to Chinatown, but a very acceptable substitute.

Happy Meal

Late night grab ‘n’ go. Burger, two bags of apple slices instead of fries, apple juice instead of soda. Not bad for fast food.

The Cat fared better for Valentine’s day, more on that later.

Enjoy. Eat well.
