The source:
The Mouse reserved most of the Kalua pork, way too much for The Mouse to eat in one sitting.
Chopped up, oil to coat pan, cabbage (dry braised), Kalua pork and Hanapepe salt at the end to warm through.
Enjoy. Eat well.

The Cat had a funny (weird, not Hee hee) schedule yesterday.
The Mouse threw together impromptu noodles on the fly.
Soba noodles, Hanapepe salt, mizuna, frozen soybeans, goji berry, spicy bamboo shoot, sesame oil.
Colorful yeah?
The Cat slurped.
Enjoy. Eat well.

The Cat got home a little early yesterday. The Mouse was in a rush to prep dindin.
Leftover rice, water, celery, asparagus, bamboo shoot, Hanapepe salt, egg. Simmer for 5 or so minutes.
Done. The Cat comfort food. Not really, but the bowl reminded me of the movie Oliver. Hee hee.
Pau for now.
Enjoy. Eat well.

First time trying this method for The Mouse.
Kitchen shears, cut out spine (reminded me of one of the Underworld movies), flattened, Hanapepe salt, pepper, olive oil. Roasted in toaster oven for 45 minutes.
The Cat said cooked perfectly. 🙂
Chef H gave us some preserved Meyer lemon in Hanapepe salt.
Condiment to the Cornish hen.
Sunday dinner.
Enjoy. Eat well.
