This time roast pork with gravy.
Thinly sliced, moist. The Mouse thinks if not belly, close. 🙂
Added chick peas, just because.
Mmm! Hee hee.
Stay safe and well.

Nothing epic, maybe weird, just The Mouse eats.
The Mouse wanted something sweet for breakfast. Too bad he doesn’t have a kitchen torch. Hee hee.
Afternoon snack. The Mouse buys only these candies in the individual two pack. One at a time. A whole box would be disastrous. 😉
Dinner. Small-kid time comfort food. 🙂
Stay safe and well.

The Cat and The Mouse meals.
First, The Cat’s.
Lunch special at the Irish pub. Go figure. 🙂
The Cat said a little spicy.
Now The Mouse’s.
Gravy leftover from last Sunday’s steak take-out. Simple but tasty. 🙂
Stay safe and well.

For The Mouse, yesterday’s riced cauliflower was so-so, not much taste, more vegetable than rice. Duh! Today’s bento, The Mouse made a little modification.
Pork belly, cauliflower, riced cauliflower all tied together in gravy (packaged, not scratch), with a sprinkle of turmeric. Gravy makes everything taste better! The Mouse is looking forward to lunch today. Hee hee.
Enjoy. Eat well.

The Cat was craving oxtail soup. The diner-ish/coffee shop-ish eatery at the mall (since we were already there last minute shopping), Liliha Bakery.
Nice. The soup even had a piece of fatty tail, the best! Only thing missing was the mustard cabbage. No biggie, sorta. Hee hee.
The Mouse went with another local classic.
The pork cooked well, fall apart and moist. Gravy, nothing fancy but smooth and savory. Nom!
The Mouse is thinking about next time requesting gravy on the rice too. Mmm!
And of course, the famous/infamous butter rolls with neon jelly.
The Mouse’s new favorite eat spot at the mall. Good food, fair price. 🙂
Enjoy. Eat well.
