Not too much happening food-wise yesterday.

The Mouse tried to eat more vegetables and fruit.

Rice, burdock root (gobo), carrot, okra. Simple.

New place opened up in the neighborhood. Totally forgot the name. According to the owner, everything scratch made. The Mouse was going to try, but pricey, and waiting time is 15 – 20 minutes. Maybe later, after The Mouse wins the lottery or something. Hee hee. Picked up a few bread slices to try.

Picked up a slice of taro banana, mango, and sweet potato poi breads. Breakfast for The Mouse and The Cat today.

The Mouse also picked a bahn mi sandwich from next door, much cheaper.

Ham and Pate Bahn Mi Sandwich

More bread. Hee hee.

The fruit/veggie component of The Mouse’s meal was an Asian pear (one of The Mouse’s favorite fruit).

Asian Pear

The Mouse’s self imposed kitchen ban is lifted, limited use for now.

Enjoy. Eat well.

Lemon Plum

Picked up for The Cat from the grocery store.

Lemon Plums

Cute ya? First time trying. Supposedly originating from Chile. Named for color, not flavor. The Cat likes stone fruit, so try try.

The Mouse sticks to the standard apple, banana (although now not so much because of the high carbs), oranges, and pineapple.

Heading out to blood test, cash payroll, some marketing for next week. See ya later!

Enjoy. Eat well.
