No, not together.
The Mouse opened the last Chinese grapefruit.
Part of The Mouse’s dindin.
Chinese grapefruit, apple, celery, starfruit. Nom!
The Cat had soup.
The Cat slurped.
That’s it for now. 🙂
Enjoy. Eat well.

Co-worker has a tree.
The Mouse took a few. 🙂
Finally learned how to peel these. Cut about an inch off the top, cut skin into sections, brute force.
The Cat helped to separate the edible meat from the inedible membrane.
Not as juicy as other citrus but the little capsules? have a “popping” texture that makes them fun to eat. Think pop rocks or boba pearls. Hee hee.
Enjoy. Eat well.

At the vendor stand we frequent were bags of what to The Mouse looked liked shredded paper or cardboard. Turns out it was bamboo shoot, all cleaned and sliced.
Since The Cat is part panda, we bought a bag to try.
Mrs. Vendor said to parboil for 20 to 30 minutes.
The Cat has fresh bamboo shoots for a couple of days. 🙂
Enjoy. Eat well.

The Cat and The Mouse stayed in after farmers market. Lines to restaurants too long, Father’s day.
“Normal” on the right, dunno what on the left. Never saw these before, did not buy.
Scone and li hing apples.
Dinner, The Cat had her bowl of roast duck soba noodles, The Mouse ran out to Mickey D’s for cheap eats.
.
The Mouse knows, kinda boring, that’s why there’s always this in the refridge.
For a little “bam”. Hee hee.
Enjoy. Eat well.
