The Mouse bought this a while back, on sale.
Figured it is time to try try. A decent one serving. The Mouse followed directions on the package except instead of four-ish minutes, left the rice in the pan longer, slightly crispy bottom. ๐
The rice was North of okay, but The Mouse wanted to “dress it up”. Hee hee.
A fried egg, and roast pork. A proper mouse bowl. Hee hee. Mmm!

Sunday, The Cat’s “hibernation” day.
The Cat’s bowl, food in between hibernation periods.
Brunch
Soft rice, fried egg, shoyu. The Mouse tried to baste the egg with oil in the frying pan, not enough oil, sunny-side-up it is.ย
The Mouse also roasted Brussels sprouts for The Cat’s bento. One lonely Brussels sprout didn’t make the pan. The Mouse added it to his pita and bologna “sandwich”.

The Mouse never tried raw Brussels sprouts before, not bad, would do it again, just not in large quantities. Hee hee.

Picked up from Costco over the weekend.

The Cat working late this week. The Mouse thought little more nutritious than instant noodles, plus less salt.

The Mouse eats. Not really “sandwiches”, stuff between two pieces of bread, but, close enough. Hee hee.

The Mouse made himself, for dindin. Think avocado toast but better! Hee hee. At least in The Mouse’s opinion, others may differ. ๐

Boiled Fava Beans
Precooked, frozen, parboil when ready to eat. Have to make the flup flup sound when eating. Just the beans no liver or Chianti. Hee hee ewww!
