Seriously. The Brussels sprouts and the beet greens needed to be tended to.

Roasted the Brussels sprouts.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Most of the sprouts goes to The Cat’s bento this week, froze a few for her dinner, and The Mouse ate approximately half a portion (the residual).

The Mouse made a quick soup with wakame, beet greens, and residual frozen cauliflower.

For lunch.

No waste. 🙂

Be safe and well.

Sorry, watching fantasy and sci-fi stuff on YouTube. Mainly just reorganizing/cleaning out the refridge. Eating up some remnants.

Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy, but can’t be done on weekdays to enjoy.

Instant Decaf Coffee, Monk Fruit Sweetener, Ovaltine, Non-Dairy Creamer

Mmm! Good on cooler mornings.

Instant. Extra fiber.

The hype of oatmeal (sustained energy throughout the morning) doesn’t really work for The Mouse, by late morning, he gets a little hungry, a little snack.

Sourdough Baguette with Plant Butter and Vegemite

Slightly warmed in the toaster oven of course. The Mouse thinks he has some hobbit DNA. Hee hee.

Because of the “snack”, a little later lunch.

Ham Sandwich, Whole Grain Mustard, Shiso Leaves

Lately, The Mouse prefers yellow mustard over the fancier types, but since he was “cleaning”, whole grain it is. Hee hee.

Dinner was the home stretch “purge”/consolidation.

Turnip with Turmeric

The Mouse ate what didn’t fit into The Cat’s bento.

Korean Omelet

Again, what didn’t fit.

Canned Pineapple

Dinner could’ve have been subtitled “Yellow” 🙂

The Mouse washed several containers, The Cat’s bento is packed, the refridge can “breathe”. Hee hee.

Enjoy. Eat well.

Oh oh, The Mouse forgot to hit the send button, again. Ugh! If it ain’t technology, it’s operator error. Yech!

The Cat came home for dinner the other night. The Mouse did an impromptu cleaning of the refridge for her bowl.

The Cat’s Bowl

Soba noodles, bamboo shoot, turnip, celery, beans, fried tofu, and an egg (hiding underneath). Oh and some kinda mystery sauce that was in the freezer (The Mouse thinks it was roast duck). In any case, tasty. Hee hee.

Enjoy. Eat well.

The Mouse made himself a plate of food, and kinda tidy upped the refridg.

The Mouse’s Plate

Tofu, zucchini, celery, carrot, mushroom, tomato, potato. Pop the plate into the toaster oven, dinner!

Enjoy. Eat well.
