The Mouse also picked-up manapua, steamed pork hash, and steamed rice cake (no pics).Â
Big nom and leftover for a couple of lunches/dinners. 🙂
Stay safe and well.

A change of pace, The Mouse wanted Chinese Chop Suey after the Sunday farmers market. The Mouse’s favorite neighborhood chop suey house.
With vegetables and char siu. Yum.
So far, normal chop suey fare. Hee hee.
The Mouse has a hunch the wraps were tortilla, not Chinese. No matter, semantics. Hee hee.
Hmm, not quite pot roast chicken. The Mouse’s opinion. This was crispy skin chicken with gravy and water chestnuts as a disguise. The Mouse thought pot roast chicken was slow braised with rich gravy. Still good, more research needed.
Greens. 🙂
Loads of leftovers. Mouse bento (plural). Yay!
Enjoy. Eat well.

According to the internet, yesterday was National Bacon Day, not to be confused with International Bacon Day (September 2nd).
I usually don’t follow these things, but it’s bacon!
Breakfast, from Zippy’s
Brown rice, one scrambled egg, two bacon (crispy). Nothing fancy, just something to kick start the day.
Wanted to try a place off Ward Avenue, for their lilikoi BLT, on the edge of Kakaka‘ako but there was a line out the door, and no place to park.
Ended up at the mall at La Palme Dʻor for one of their croissant sandwiches. They were sold out of BLT, so got a prosciutto sandwich as a substitute.
Whole wheat croissant.
And to wash it down
Dinner with The Cat and The MouseÊ»s massage therapist. No bacon planned, but …
Close enough right?
The rest of the meal.
Itʻs New Yearʻs Eve here at SPAM Land, must be already New Yearʻs where ever you are, unless youʻre in SPAM Land, so Happy New Year everyone! Wishing you peace and all the best.
Enjoy. Eat well.
