Leftover Chinese roast pork and smoked pork belly. 🙂

Celery with Smoked Pork Belly

Just a pinch of salt and a dash of oil (the pork had almost enough of fat and salt to carry the dish).

Chinese Long Squash with Chinese Roast Pork and Smoked Pork Belly

Little more oil, pinch of salt, dash of mirin. The moisture from the squash helped to “rehydrate” the pork. Hee hee.

Enjoy. Eat well.
