You saw The Cat’s bento yesterday, This was The Mouse’s “bento”.

Burdock Root, SPAM Musubi, Tuna Salad Musubi, Leftover Grilled Chicken

Musubi and vegetable from Mana Musubi.

Sign

Used to be Mana Bu’s, I think the original owner sold the business. While quality is still high, something is missing. Maybe the “magic”? Dunno.

University is closing its accounting books. Lots of tasks. First year for The Mouse. Lots of eating at the desk. Sigh. Hopefully it will end soon.

Happy Friday!

Enjoy. Eat well.

Root Soup

Root Soup

The Cat liked.

Not a bone heavy soup, lighter, there wasn’t too much meat/bones. More vegetables. Although it’s a root soup, light enough for summer weather (according to The Cat anyway). Supposedly healthy too, according to ancient Chinese wisdom, all three roots have beneficial properties (don’t ask me what, I dunno). 🙂

Enjoy. Eat well.
