Fun Station, “comfort food” before Costco.

Mixed Noodles with Beef Brisket

There was also tendon included. The Cat said she tasted a little chili and vinegar, just enough to tickle the tongue.

The Mouse went with his tried and true order.

Won Ton Soup Noodles

Nicely put together, included a fried egg (which went to The Cat), the won ton also had shrimp inside. Mmm.

Be safe, eat good.

Bo’s Kitchen, used to be located in a temporary incubator marketplace. Now their own brick and mortar with their own seating.

Hainanese Chicken Rice

The Cat’s order.

Brisket and Won Ton Noodle Soup

The Mouse’s order. Tender brisket, shrimp won ton, al dente egg noodles. Mmm!

A return visit is necessary. 🙂

Be safe and well.

This place has been on The Mouse’s radar for a long time.

Sign

Finally got here yesterday.

The plan was to go for an early dinner (restaurant tends to sell out of items), but The Cat over napped.

At least we were able to order one of the last portions of burnt ends.

Burnt Ends

Mmm, tender and fatty. First time try for The Cat and The Mouse. Fans.

The Cat couldn’t decide her choice for dinner, went with kalua pork.

Kalua Pork Tray

Baked bean, braised red cabbage and sweet rolls (sold out of house-made cornbread). The Cat was slightly underwhelmed. The kalua pork was like other kalua pork. Maybe the restaurant should offer pulled pork instead, just thinking aloud.

The Mouse has leftover lunch. 🙂

The Mouse fared better.

Brisket and Pork Belly

Both brisket and pork belly were very good. The Mouse saved a portion of the pork belly for The Cat’s bento. Trade.

Dessert was a staple for The Cat.

Mudd Pie

The Cat approved a provisional return. She will be ordering ribs next time, or burnt ends and sides.

Stay safe and well.

Worked half day yesterday, long doctor appointment the rest of the day.

Pasta Samples

Microwavable pasta meals the warehouse is planning on carrying. Made in Italy. The Mouse thinks the risotto was the best.

Lunch

At the hospital while waiting for appointment. Slow cooked brisket, guava bbq sauce, garlic mashed potato with skin on, steamed vegetables. Think well cooked pot roast. Yum!

Plan was to cook pork femur bone soup this weekend, warehouse guys couldn’t find the product. 😦

Head butcher said he’ll get me pig tails next week. 🙂

Have to wait and see.

This week, have to hunt for ingredients.

Enjoy. Eat well.

More like dinner with the relatives at the cuz’s house. Nothing pretentious, just good food.

Slow Roasted Brisket

The picture does not do it justice. Fall apart tender. The Cat thought it was pork and nommed.

Roasted Potatoes

More nom.

Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Is it Brussels Sprouts or Brussel Sprouts, hmm.

Desert

The cookies were so good, The Cat took home a couple.

Enjoy. Eat well.
