The Mouse didn’t do it on purpose, just ended up that way.
Met a former co-worker for “coffee”, Morning Brew in Kailua.

Brew Breakfast Sandwich
Egg & muenster cheese served on ciabatta roll with house-made aioli (choice of bacon, roasted turkey or black forest ham). Of course, The Mouse chose bacon.
Lunchtime, just so happen to be passing by Junpuu Ramen, and just after 12:00 noon when the parking lot becomes free. 🙂

Rainbow Quinoa Salad
Original roasted onion dressing, tossed with cucumber, tomato, celery, garbanzo beans, cabbage, and carrot.
Have to get veggies in somehow. Hee hee.

Tonkatsu Burger
w/ homemade potato chips. Trust me, under that pile of purple cabbage, there’s a thick sliced pork cutlet. Yummy. The potato chips were a nice touch too.
Dinner was a throwback to old school. So this on the internet and had to try.

Grand Big Mac
Sing it with me “two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun!”
Slightly bigger than the original, limited time only. Nom.
To be honest, for The Mouse, the Big Mac was always about the sauce, not so much the burger. But, its McD after all.
There you have it, The Mouse’s Sandwich Saturday.
Enjoy. Eat well.
