The Mouse used up leftover tofu. Cut into squares, pan-fried.
Medium heat.
Salt and paprika seasoned. The Cat liked.
The Cat brought home noms, one of her clients gifted.
Pineapple shortbread snacks, made in Taiwan. Mmm. The Mouse has breakfast supply. 🙂

There was a leftover cucumber in the refridge. The Mouse decided to make a cucumber sandwich.
Not the afternoon tea version, The Mouse version. Whole wheat bread, slightly toasted, Japanese mayonnaise, thinly sliced cucumber, sea salt, paprika, dried dill, crust on. No tea. Hee hee.
The Mouse picked up a container of tofu poke to accompany the cucumber sandwich.
Kind of a vegetarian meal. 🙂

Soft tofu. Package came with a tiny folding spoon and a packet of shoyu. Cute yeah?
