The Mouse was MIA yesterday, helping The Cat on a rush order. While not entirely on the scale of Rogue One …

Sunday lunch eats, after a somewhat “difficult” errand, Taiwanese style tea shop, The Cat wanted something soupy.

To The Mouse, the pork was kinda like if Zippy’s chili was dry without beans or mapo tofu without the tofu, also dry. Not bad.

Fried Dumplings

Very good, except The Cat had to limit since the filling contained chives (not digestible). The Mouse liked.

Taiwan Omelette with Dried Pork

Best dish of the day. Crepe, scrambled egg, dried pork floss, cucumber. The Mouse tried this once before as take-out. Eat-in was much better.

The Mouse is looking for his own droid for the next time. Hee hee.

The Mouse, running errand near the Taiwan boba tea shop, picked up lunch.

Taiwan Omelet

Turned out to be more like a sandwich. A crepe-like thingy stuffed with a fried egg, shredded/dried pork, and cucumber. Not bad, just not what The Mouse was expecting. Maybe the next time The Mouse is in the mood for a sandwich. 

Also picked up a bento for The Cat.

Taiwanese/Chinese?

Chinatown. Intrigued (for a couple of reasons), one of which is four-and-a-half stars on Yelp.

In the same area as The Mouse’s chiropractor. So, after the session, found parking (The Mouse took it as a sign)

Seems to be a popular place, steady stream of customers coming in for take out.
